Return and Refund Policy for Custom Made Pet Urns

Thank you for choosing our handcrafted pet urns. We take pride in our custom creations, and your satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in packaging our products, but if your urn arrives damaged or any issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to work with you to find a solution, which may include a replacement or refund. Please read our return and refund policy carefully:

  1. Non-Returnable Items: As our pet urns are handmade and custom made to honour your beloved pet, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

  2. Faulty Products: If your urn arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will require photographs of the issue to assess the situation.

  3. Refund Process: Once we confirm a product is faulty, we will provide instructions on how to return it, if needed. A refund will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

  4. Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs for faulty items will be covered by us. Please retain your shipping receipt until we confirm receipt of the product.
